Never heard of peach butter, interesting. Kind of like when I heard of honey butter (I’ve never seen creamy honey before and didn’t know how to use it)

I already make apple butter and pear butter. So, can I basically make a "butter from any fruit? I like it because we are diabetic, and I can leave out the sugar, and use it like a spread. Hint...if you make fruit leather from some of your fruit, and your butter is very juicy, you can add some dried fruit leather to the mix. As it rehydrate, it is absorbing the extra liquid, and the butter is thicker

for new canners watching you might want to mention that for your elevation the canning time is 10 minutes but might be different depending on others' elevation I love your videos and your cheerful attitude 😍

I went into the attic today, got my pressure canner out, and did these beans! I've been putting it off for months because I was afraid of the pressure canner, but everything went fine and I didn't blow myself up. 😌 I'm not sure why I was so terrified of this thing 😅

Anyone have any advice as to how to get unstuck pressure canner lid? It's been 2 days and my quarts of peaches are inside still. I've hit it with wooden spoon around edges. Don't know what to do or who to call.

Those potatoes look soooo great! You know in my country the small very tiny potatoes are the most expensive cause we just wash them then we fry them hall and eat them with a garlic sauce. Yuuuuuum! They are so sweet and they pop in your mouth when they are hot mmmmmmmm

I just pitted 72lbs. from Azure in about 4 hrs. that includes the stem removal and bagging them for freezing until I'm ready to make pie filling.

Is anyone else finding it difficult to find good quality peaches. I buy organic and from a local gentleman who has a stand He goes to different farms to get his produce. The peaches are very fibrous and bland

When purchasing peaches, sort them out. Put the ripe ones in the refrigerator and leave the underripe ones out. Each day sort them again until they are all in the refrigerator. Now process them immediately. Never leave ripe peaches out; they rot incredibly fast. Peach skins have loads of pectin and flavor. If using skins and flesh to make wine, use a LOT of pectic enzymes. I noticed that one commenter uses them for jelly. Smart!

I tried to can peaches. Got 14 lbs. I apparently boiled them too long and ended up with two quarts of mush. This video is helpful
